Shipment

Shipment of items only after total and complete payment has been received by Chipmunk Treasures. Payments policy Payments within 7 days with a maximum of 30 days.

Payments by Pay Pal, Cash (Euro, Pounds or Dollars) or by Banktransfer (Euro Countries only!) on the quoted Banknumbers. Returns policy Returns accepted within 30 days for complete Refund (money back) or for a change with an identical product. Appropriate communications about the wish to use the Return Policy have to be made by the Buyer in order to qualify.

Positive Feedback is given instantly by Chipmunk Treasures after receival of complete payment of the buyer.

Refund

Broken or Lost Items Complete Refund by Chipmunk Treasures in case of proven loss or damage. In some cases a Photo proof can be asked for. This Business is part of Chipmunk Trading registered at the Chamber of Commerce, Leeuwarden, The Netherlands. Registration nr. 0113059.
